1997 Launches www.noodlebox.com as an experimental website.
1997 Works on MTV's first European web site at Amaze. '3D-mixer' wins Liverpool Design Award and Macromedia Europe Awards.
1996 Joins Amaze Limited under Stringer to start research team.
1995 Works on Everton FC web site for LMU – one of the first FA clubs to have one.
1993 Creates two animations with Stringer for LMU 'Cytofocus' product. Highlighted on Apple's first QuickTime Movie Festival CD-ROM. Cytofocus goes on to beat Microsoft at the European Multimedia Awards and BAFTA Interactive Awards.
1991 Family friend, Roy Stringer, invites Daniel to use his office's professional Apple Macintosh computers at weekends (then costing $10,000).
1982* Given first home computer – a Commodore Vic20 with 3k of memory (by comparison today his computer has 350,000 times that amount). Starts making images out of patterns of letters age 4.
1981 Daniel's father, Paul Brown, produces Europe's first piece of computer animation for Television; A 30 second Michelin advert, as part of the Digital Pictures company.
